Visa Processing Requirement 

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead Pad (2 blank pages) require for Proprietorship, Partnership and limited
  1. Additional documents for Partnership: Business agreement/deed
  2. Additional documents for Limited company: Memorandum of article, certificate of incorporation, form XII, VAT, IRC and Membership certificate (If any).
• Business card: 02 pcs
• For Employee : No objection certificate (NOC) , pay Slip / salary statement, GO and note verbal (for official passport holders)
• For Student: Student ID copy, school leave letter / Academic
• For Retired Person: Retirement

Financial Documents:

• Bank Statement with solvency Certificate with last balance 60,000/- BDT Minimum

 

 

Personal Documents:

• Current passport (minimum valid for 06 months after the planned date of return ) and Old passports with all pages scan copy
• Two recent color passport size photograph with white background, no cap, and no sun Applicant’s ear must be visible in his/her photo.
• Business card: 02

Processing Time:

• Tourist: Total 7-10 Working Days (File processing + Embassy)

Remarks:

• Travel Agency make also Air ticket, Hotel, Work permit visa with full cost.

1. Duly Filled in Dubai Visitor Visa Form
2. 6 (Six) Months valid passport
3. 1 Color Photograph (Recent 3 Months) + Scan/Soft copy
4. Copy of passport bio page / information page and copy of previous travel history (visa pages) (Scan copy)
5. Undertaking on Company letter head / travel agent letter head:
   a) For Any Deportation/ Overstay Charges
   b) If Emirates ticket is not utilized then airlines will debit the cost of ticket from travel agency account.
6. Confirmed booking on Emirates
7. Birth Certificate Scan/Soft for tourist visa if applicant under 18 (Scan copy)
8. Forwarding letter on company letter head
9. Visiting Card (Scan copy)
